1/365

I decided for no reason whatsoever that I'd like to post something every day for the next 365 days....  Lucas says to be "Who do you think you are?  An artist now?" (He being an artist can thus make fun of them....)  LOL.  Noooo.  I just thought it would be fun to document our lives with a picture (or 10) and a few words for 365 days.

I'm going to start Day 1 with a look back at 2010

January started off with Lucas riding in the Stuporbowl.  This is a bike race done on Superbowl weekend (hello sub freezing temps) - there are 2 races - one where you go to each check point (a bar) as quickly as possible and one is where you get to a check point AND drink a beer as quickly as possible.  :)   He didn't win either race, but he had a good time doing it.

April brought an Easter Basket from Mom and Dad!

May brought our 4th Murder Mystery Party, Horror at Homecoming circa 1987!

July brought hanging out with little friends, new foster puppies and seeing a tractor parade back home on the 4th of July.

Happy 28th Birthday to Lucas on 9/28/10!  Bowling with friends at Bryant Lake Bowl.

October!!  I love fall.  I love Halloween.  I love everything about the season.   We went to Zombie Pub Crawl for the 2nd year as an 80's chick and a nerd.  We also had a Halloween party at the good old Dover Town Hall with family and friends.

December brought a trip to Lake Tahoe with our friends Rich and Kristin.   Lucas really developed a love for snowboarding and had fun snowboarding on REAL powder on REAL hills, lol.  We spent a week there and skied at Squaw Valley near Truckee, CA and Mt Rose in Incline Village.   We made it back just in time (actually caught a flight back a day early) for the great "Snowmagedden" to hit Minneapolis with nearly 2 feet of snow.

Merry Christmas 2010!!

We have lots of things coming up in 2011 and I look forward to sharing them with you.
