Holy hell, what a day. The full moon is near, can you tell? On top of crazy patients at work I get a text this morning that Lucas was hit by a car on his pedal bike. He is ok; just some scrapes. He's off to the chiropractor tomorrow. He didn't hit his head (even though he always wears a helmet). The driver who hit him wasn't a jerk or anything. It really was just an accident. Here's his poor bike that he lovingly refers to as Shitbike 2.0. Hopefully insurance helps get him a new bike!
Onto other news - week 5 of our CSA. This week we got Lettuce Mix, Sugar Snap Peas, Beets, Hakurei Turnips, Carrots, Summer Squash, New Potatoes, Parsley, and Basil.
And to end on a high note today - Margherita pizza again and a new magazine.
