Breakfast for dinner tonight. Egg bake: saute chopped potatoes, chicken sausage and spices (pepper, crushed chili flakes, garlic, and cinnamon).
Top with low fat shredded cheese. Cover with eggs (you can use egg whites for lower calories) and bake. YUM! TONS of protein too.
