I also made butternut squash mac n' cheese for dinner. It wasn't bad. I am not a squash fan and I still liked it. Its not super "squashy". It was a little bland - next time I'm going to add more spices. But its a good way to get your veggies in!

So Katy and I made cake pops today. Probably the first and last time LOL. We had a few issues - one flavor of cake was too moist and sticky. The candy coating wasn't thinning out well enough. Oy. Here are a few pics.
