Aren't those pretty? Tonight's dinner consisted of sauteing those lovely peppers and onions with garlic, red pepper flakes and cinnamon (my secret ingredient) in some olive oil.
Add some Trader Joe's Spicy Chicken Sausage, Mediterranean Feta Cheese and Wheat Penne Pasta and VOILA! A delicious dinner!
Its a little higher in calories due to the pasta, but that's why you eat lighter during the day (I had chicken noodle soup and fruit most of the day) and exercise! TGIF!
